EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We want every piece to be worn with comfort and confidence. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Exchanges are available only for size or color of the same item.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Shipping fees for exchanges are borne by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns (refunds) are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent.

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Items will be inspected upon return before approval.

• Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

• Items without original tags or packaging

• Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
  

Size & Fit Responsibility

Due to the nature of knit fabrics and the production process, slight variations may occur between pieces.

• Measurements may vary by approximately 1–5 cm from the listed size chart.

• These variations are a natural characteristic of knitwear and do not affect overall fit or quality.

• Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

• Fit appearance may vary depending on body shape and height.

• We are not responsible for size-related dissatisfaction when the product measurements match the listed size chart.
