Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are available only for size or color of the same item.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping fees for exchanges are borne by the customer.
Returns & Refunds

Returns (refunds) are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Items will be inspected upon return before approval.

Approved refunds will be processed after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
